Glauco Solieri back for a full campaign with Team Ghinzani

Glauco Solieri is back to the GT Cup Open Europe for a full campaign. The Italian driver based in Switzerland confirmed to media that he will be at the wheel of a Porsche GT3 Cup (992) car prepared by the prestigious Team Ghinzani Arco Motorsport.
Despite not contesting the entire season in 2021, Solieri managed to be a runner-up in the Am class last year. He finished 5th overall (and 4th in Am) in his maiden season in 2019, clinching 2 overall and 4 class wins.
Ahead of the 2022 season, Glauco commented: “I am very happy to be racing again with Team Ghinzani, with whom I work very well and we have collected great results. We will have the newest Porsche racer and I am anxious to be on track for the first tests. I cannot hide that we have great ambitions and we will be there to fight for the win”.
Team Ghinzani is working to have a second car entered entry along Solieri’s.
